There is no focused first hand project being put on sale, and only 29 units sold in the past two days, down 32.65% by week, synthesizing market news. 4 among are ground compound garden mansions of Sun Hung Kai' Riva in Yuen Long. The project will put on sale 92 units in batches on this Thursday and Friday, Lei Ting, the Vice Managing Director of Sun Hung Kai expressed yesterday. It has sold nearly 500 units and took in HKD 3.8 billion. Market source pointed, 65 standard units being put on sale on Thursday had received about 200 applications until yesterday.
Riva launches 92 more units which will be put on sale on Thursday and Friday.
27 feature units being put on sale this Friday include supreme mansion which is firstly public, Lei Ting said yesterday. It is known only 10 buildings of the whole project supplying such mansion , with 8 units in each building, and they will launch 16 units in two among. In Wang On' The Met Delight in Sham Shui Po, Riva, New World's Park Signature in Yuen Long, Nan Fung's The Visionary in Tung Chung, Henderson and so on's Double Cove 1 in Ma On Shan, there were 3 to 6 transactions for each, with totally about 21 units sold, taking 72.4% of first hand property transactions.
Besides, recently, source pointed Henderson's 8 Minden Avenue in Tsim Sha Tsui which will be put on sale in short term is named Kai Yi, and it will supply about 262 units.
