Today on Squarefoot, we explore One Stanley, a rare new ultra-luxury seaside development overlooking the Southside. Designed by renowned architect Robert A.M. Stern, it has been described as Stanley's biggest project in the last twenty years.

Inspired by the coastal hillside villages of the Mediterranean, the facade features limestone imported from Portugal, blending traditional and modern design while drawing inspiration from classical architecture like the Parthenon in Athens.

Developed by K&K Property, One Stanley offers 82 units to be sold by tender. 32 detached houses range from 2,700 to 7,000 square feet, and each house comes with its own private elevator, rooftop, and garden.

Renovated for HK$20 million (US$2.6 million), House 36 features four bedrooms and four ensuite baths, spanning 3,097 square feet. The house also comes with a private lift, 630 square foot rooftop Jacuzzi, and a 624 square foot garden.

Inside, the home blends the sophisticated limestone with modern, cozy elements inside, like timber ceilings and soft ambient lighting, to create a warm and inviting atmosphere.

The space feels bright and airy, thanks to the soaring 4-meter-high ceilings.

The living, dining, and garden areas are located on the ground floor, while the rest areas occupy the first floor. The master suite spans the entire second floor, and the rooftop features an Italian Jacuzzi.
