Information indicates that Ocean One in Kowloon Shing will be releasing the price list today at soonest. For Kennedy Park in Central, an A flat in 28th floor is sold with HKD 92.6772 million and an average price of HKD 37,400 per square feet. General Manager of Henderson Properties operation department Lam DaMan reveals that The Reach will be releasing the price list in the weekend. The first batch will be no less than 100 and will be releasing 2-room and 3-room flats in tower 3,5,6,7,8 and 9. The starting price of 2-room flats is HKD 4 million and for the 3-room flats it will be HKD 10 million. There are more than 5,000 consultation calls received. He reveals that this year’s target is to sell 70% of the 2,580 flats and estimates the whole project worth HKD 11 billion. The selling plan this year is estimated to cash in HKD 7-8 billion. Tai Po Providence Park raised the price by 3% Sino Land operation department co-director Tin SiYun points out that the Providence Park released 50 flats as an extra release with the price raised by 3% to an average price of HKD 8,549 per square feet. The flat included 4-room flats in tower 10 which are called the Foster Tower, with an area from 1,871 to 2,063 square feet. The flats have 270-degree view and glass surface. Altro in Sai Ying Poon reserved 10 flats as claimed   Information indicates that 10 flats were reserved in Altro which is located in Sai Ying Poon. The target price of developer is HKD 15,000 to 16,000 per square feet. The starting price is over HKD 7.5 million. The flats in top floors with roofs are expected to sell in HKD 25,000 per square feet.   And for One Mayfair located in Kowloon Tong Broadcast Road, the project has sold out 109 flats and 75 of the owners have received the keys. Sino Land Management Advantage General Manager Guan ZiWa reveals that there are 11 flats remaining in the project, 5 of them are flats with roofs and swimming pools while the other 6 of them have gardens. One Mayfair has released a team of Premium Living together with designer Cheng SiuLeung and Fung Maykay to cooperate and provide services to customers. ZhongShan project selling in Hong Kong   On the other hand, there is a project in ZhongShan, Guangdong province has held a sale meeting in Hong Kong last weekend. There are 18 flats with 2-room and 3-room flats ranging from 926 to 1,389 square feet. The average price is RMB 600 per square feet and a starting price of RMB 500,000. Some of the flats will be with decoration and is expected to cash in RMB 18 million for selling all.   Centaline Project department (China and overseas properties) director Hui DaWei reveals that Times Properties has released Delta Pearl Properties for the third time and believed that since the property price of Hong Kong is high and sufficient capital under QE3, customers are willing to buy ZhongShan properties to live or to invest in order to fight against inflation. Developers have released different payment method, with buyers first pay 10% and have the rest paid in different period. Buyers could grant loans in HKD in order to prevent risks of RMB.
