New World Development (0017) has officially released the sales brochure for its new residential project, House Muse by New World, located on Nga Tsin Long Road in Kowloon City. The project consists of 120 units, ranging from one-bedroom to three-bedroom layouts, including rooftop specialty units. The developer announced that preparation for the show flats is in its final stage, with the sales gallery set to open to the public this week. Sales are expected to launch later this month, with the project scheduled for completion on September 30, 2027.
The residential portion of the project is divided into two main zones. The Muse Zone, located on the 3rd to 25th floors, features a floor height of 3.5 meters, while the Sky Deluxe Zone on the 26th floor has a floor height of 4 meters. Each standard floor contains six units per lift lobby, serviced by two elevators.
The unit sizes range from 244 square feet to 607 square feet. There are 39 one-bedroom units with sizes ranging from 244 to 252 square feet, 38 two-bedroom units ranging from 330 to 335 square feet, and 38 three-bedroom units measuring 580 and 607 square feet. Additionally, there are five special rooftop units, which range from 244 to 607 square feet.
The smallest unit in the project is Unit C, located on the 3rd to 26th floors, which offers 244 square feet.
This new project highlights New World’s focus on urban residential development, offering a mix of compact and functional layouts to cater to various buyer needs.
