Developers are stepping up efforts to clear unsold inventory. The Mori project in Tuen Mun has slashed prices and released 70 additional units for sale. Discounts now reach up to 26%, with an 8% cash rebate bringing the starting discounted price down to just HK$2.48 million. This translates to a record-low discounted price per square foot of HK$7,998.
The latest price list includes studio flats to two-bedroom units ranging from around 290 to 590 square feet in size. After discounts, prices range from around HK$2.7 million to HK$6.1 million, or HK$8,694 to HK$10,807 per square foot.
Buyers opting for the 120-day payment plan and skipping the interest-free mortgage loan can enjoy the 8% cash rebate, bringing the discounted price range even lower, from around HK$2.5 million to HK$5.65 million, or HK$7,998 to HK$9,943 per square foot.
This pricing makes Mori one of the most affordable new developments in Tuen Mun since 2016, when the first phase of Ori launched with prices as low as HK$7,713 per square foot.
