He added, Century Gateway buyers major from New Territories northwest district which take 60% of the total buyers and 5% are businessmen between HK and mainland. 60% of the buyers choose cash payment and about 25% to 30% buyers among these cash payment buyers even choose all cash full payment . It shows the same district buyers have accumulated enough purchasing power. As for Amalfi in Discovery Bay developed by HKR International Limited, it is said that there are 20 units reserved in record. It can be predicted that the new project market will have fierce competition in the following days.
