Over the weekend, many large transactions were recorded in the market, with one noteworthy sale coming from University Heights in Mid-Levels West.
A four-bedroom unit measuring 1,584 square feet, including one parking space, was sold by tender for a whopping HK$81 million at around HK$51,136 per square foot. With three units remaining, University Heights has sold 22 units so far, generating a colossal sum of HK$1.79 billion in sales.
This weekend, homebuyers remained unfazed by the weekend’s heavy rain, with about 177 first-hand transactions recorded in two days, over seven times higher week-on-week.
