HK developers race to roll out cheap flats | HK Weekend Property Market Recap

Gearing up for a price war, HK developer Henderson Land took the lead in releasing cheap flats by reducing prices at a discount of nearly 15% to market price for their HENLEY PARK project in Kai Tak.


In its first sales round of 228 units last Saturday, 183 units were sold on the same day, boosting the weekend’s first-hand transactions.


Other players in the price war include Kowloon Development and China Metallurgical.
