Hong Kong's Wen Wei Po (Reporter Leung Yuk Cum) Even though the new property sales have hit a new high record this year,the developers still speeding up the sales.Cheung Kong Executive director Chiu Kwok Hung yesterday said the group have bidded for the Lohas Park Phase 5 in Tseung Kwan O yesterday and plans to upload the slae brochure of LOHAS Park Phase 3 Hemera next week,will put up for sale within next month the first batch target of 800 units will be up for sale. As for the Hanison development of The Austine Place in TST will put up for sale in the form of exsiting flats in the end of year as the fastest time.
The first batch of sale intends to be involved in 800 units
Chiu Kwok Hung pointed out that based on the Group will be entered the bid of Lohas Park Phase 5,to prevent the asking price of Hemera will affect the bid price, it was decided to put up for sale after the tender have closed.Causethe demonstration unit of Hemera at VICTORIA mall in Tsim Sha Tsui was ready,so the group have planned to upload sales brochures next week, put up for sale next month,the first batch of sale target of 800 units,accounting for nearly half of the total number of units of 1,648 units,the remaining units scheduled to up for sale next year.
