Deep Water Pavilia Launches 50 Units at HK$22,028 Per Sqft

Deep Water Pavilia in Wong Chuk Hang, developed by New World Development (0017), Emperor Group, CSI Properties (0497), Lai Sun Development (0488), and MTR Corporation (0066), has released a second price list. This new batch offers 50 units with an average discounted price of HK$22,028 per square foot, and a minimum discounted price of HK$9.448 million. Within the first two days, over 2,000 registrations were received, oversubscribed by 12 times compared to the 151 units from the first two price lists.

The new price list includes 1 four-bedroom unit, 6 three-bedroom units, and 43 two-bedroom units, with usable areas ranging from 486 to 1,261 square feet. Prices on the list range from HK$11.811 million to HK$44.425 million, with discounted prices between HK$9.448 million and HK$35.54 million. Discounted per-square-foot prices fall between HK$19,364 and HK$28,184, with the average at HK$22,028. The total value of this batch is approximately HK$614 million.

The first price list, launched earlier, included 101 units with an average discounted price of HK$20,932 per square foot. Unit types ranged from two to four bedrooms, with usable areas between 455 and 1,261 square feet. Prices started at HK$10.629 million, with discounted prices ranging from HK$8.503 million to HK$37.247 million. Among these, 78 units had discounted prices under HK$10 million, while 68 units were priced below HK$20,000 per square foot.
