The application for the first round of 209 units from GRAND AUSTIN in Austin Station developed by Wheelock, New World and MTR closed at last night, and market source pointed about 3,000 cases received, exceeding 13.4 times of the quota. City Point in Tsuen Wan collected 600 applications.

Recently, HK government relaxed DSD, and it is good for developers to put on sale new projects in this second half year, so they increased the prediction of first hand property sales by 10% to 14,300 units and estimated the property price will keep stable from this second half year until 2015 benefiting from house changing customers' demand, BNP Paribas expressed on report yesterday.
