香港文匯報訊 (記者梁悅琴)新地旗下沙田石門耀安街樓花商廈W LUXE 上周五公佈首張價單，新地副董事總經理雷霆昨表示，W LUXE首批7層已獲認購，套現約10億元，未來2天將加推第2批單位，將輕微加價3%。新地代理物業投資部物業投資經理王家煦透露，第2批單位入場費約500萬元。

大手客斥2.5億入首批2層

王家煦指出，W LUXE樓高22層，提供430伙，首批預留7層，其中4層為全層沽出，有大手客斥資約2.5億元購入2層，樓面約2萬呎。她稱，首批買家中投資及用家各佔一半，買家不乏醫生、教育機構如補習社等等，成交建築平均呎價1.25萬元，最高呎價近1.3萬元。她補充指，發展商旗下財務公司提供最高一按七成，首2年息率由P減2厘至P減2.5厘，其後P加1厘，P為5.125厘。資料顯示，新地於2015年以6.755億元投得該地皮，每方呎樓面地價約3,886元。
