新地（00016）位於元朗站的The YOHO Hub II（The YOHO Hub發展項目第C期）昨日再度投放市場58個單位，當日即售出所有單位，亦不乏大手客，有5組買家各購入2伙單位，激活了樓市，使得全港一手樓市至少錄得105宗成交。

The YOHO Hub II昨日開售的58個單位，實用面積介乎462至905平方呎，折實售價介乎666.11萬至1429.23萬元，折實平均價錢達14698元每平方呎。該項目昨晚7時開始接受選購，售樓處湧現近130組潛在買家，到接近晚上10時，所有單位已被選購一空。自9月底推出第6座單位以來，已累計售出177個單位。

同一天，九龍建業（00034）在將軍澳的海茵莊園也成功出售了12個單位。發展商表示，其中一名買家購入了8個1房單位，總投資額達4400萬元，並表示考慮未來進一步增持。
