香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）近期港人消費意慾雖有下跌，但連鎖卡拉OK集團RedMR看好銅鑼灣核心消費區，承租銅鑼灣兆安廣場地下電梯入口至3樓合共約21,018方呎，月租近100萬元，呎租約45元，租期為5年。

近100萬租兆安2萬呎

負責促成交易的中原(工商舖)何德成表示，由資深投資者兆安李太持有的謝斐道兆安廣場，原為信諾環球保險中心，業主花兩年時間為地下至3樓作翻新，冀引入潮流行業進駐，並於去年底正式改名為兆安廣場。除今次租出三層樓面外，地舖亦全數獲餐飲品牌承租，呎租超逾約100元。

何德成稱，相比兩年前的租金，如今該批租約的租金只與兩年前相若。
