　香港文匯報訊（記者趙建強）信和置業昨公布旗下上水雙魚河Goodwood Park一號屋價單，定價4,200萬元，連全屋裝修及家私。單位面積3,053方呎，另有約1,801方呎花園，折合呎價約13,756.9元。信置表示，大屋早前接受睇樓客預約參觀，過去周末吸引約20組客查詢，而參觀者則包括九龍塘、港島南、大埔、新界北廠家等。

　信置表示，由於區內二手供應少，物業受買家關注，1號屋目前已吸引約5組客洽購，而整個項目涉及13伙，已售出8伙，買家大部分為用家，不少為需來往內地及本港的商人。除剛公布價單的1號屋外，2號、11號屋早前亦已公布價單，目前僅餘2伙待售。
