　香港文匯報訊　(記者顏倫樂) 農地一向乏人問津，除非有意改變用途，否則地皮價值向來較低。昨日環亞拍賣行連環推8幅農地拍賣，屬近年少見，但反應並不熱烈，最終只得大埔大美督6幅地皮售出，這6幅地於拍賣開始改以「綑綁式拍賣」，開價515萬元，較分拆拍賣的合共價格455萬元高出約13%，最終「一口價」成交，按總面積10,243方呎，每呎地價約503元。

　環亞董事曾傑俊表示，6幅地皮經買方同時改作綑綁式拍賣，但未獲承價便會回復分拆出售的方式，今次成交價相信是業主心目中最低價錢。他又說，未清楚買家的用途，地段鄰近美督南岸2期村屋，個別位置涉及斜坡，發展空間不大，相信買家是在附近持有地皮或資產。拍賣反應差屬意料之內。
