8 new housing estates provide 582 flats in “golden week”

The highest transaction price of the flat is flat A on ground floor with an average price of HKD 21,000 per square feet. 80% are home users and 20% are investors. The average price is HKD 19,500 per square feet and the price is from HKD 10.042 to 16.693 million and has the earliest available date of Sunday. The first 5 buyers will be offered a Michelin French dinner worth HKD 28,000. She claims that there were 37 flats sold from last Sunday and the average price is HKD 21,000 per square feet and cash in HKD 480 million. 30% of buyers are from mainland China. The plan estimates to offer 8 garden flats with the biggest garden of 1,000 square feet. The Riverpark release 5 flats and Gardenia has a 90% selling rate   New World Development released 5 flats yesterday with an average price HKD 9,367 per square feet. All of the flats are flat C in tower 3 from 16th to 20th floor and has an area 1,847 square feet.   And for One Wanchai developed by Chinese Estate group there are 5 more transactions. It includes a very high floor-level open flat with an area of 416 square feet and it is sold at an average price of HKD 19,500 per square feet. For this week there is 4 consecutive transactions of flats which have an area of 1,193 square feet ranging with the average price of HKD 17,500 to 19,800 per square feet.   Yeung ChongWing, the general manager of marketing and sales department of Kowloon Development Company Ltd reveals that Gardenia in Shum Shui Po has sold out 190 flats, with a 90% selling rate. The average price is HKD 9,700 per square feet and is estimated to get the occupation permit in the next quarter to sell the remaining flats. However, the price my increase 5 to 10%. On the other hand, Gardenia will offer Tax discounts and decorations with AV system to the first 5 buyers (stated flats) which worth more than HKD 2million.
