28 Hse (Hong Kong Property Web) today (September 23) reminded members of 28Hse that fee for releasing normal listing will be revised on October 15. The rates of releasing one normal listing will be adjusted from 100HKD/HSE coins to 200 HKD/HSE coins. The rates of releasing other listing types will remain unchanged.
Also, each property listing only can choose to as SELL/ RENT from October 15. That means people only can fill in the column of sell price or rent price.
Note: The property which released on or before 14 October 2015. If the property is rent and sell in the same time, our website will delete the sell price on 15 October.
Moreover, each members register an account in our website from October 15, we will provide 100 second hand furniture coins (cannot for property listing) and we do not give any HSE coins.
Base on fee adjustment for releasing property listing, our website will modify as follows:
(1) Registered an account in our website between the period of September 15 and October 14, and who do not buy any HSE coins in website before, the balance of the members will be doubled on October 15.
(2) The members who bought HSE coins between the period of October 15, 2014 and October 14, 2015, the balance of the members will be doubled on October 15. The maximum of HSE coins increased is 1,000.
For example,
(I) The balance of the members is 1,000 HSE coins, the balance of account will increase to 2,000 HSE coins on October 15.
(II) The balance of the members is 4,500 HSE coins, the balance of account will increase to 5,500 HSE coins on October 15.

After 14 October 2015, each property listing pay double coins if choose both SELL and RENT at same time.
