Hong Kong Housing Society Market Assistant General Manager Mak Yiu Man said yesterday,'Lok Yung Hin'have a promotion for two days,and yesterday with four main estate agents present the sale,and today again with other small and medium sized estate agent referral.Although there are a lot of new properties in HK Island launched out the sale recently,but Mak Yiu Man think that everyone got their own sales, the reason why 'Lok Yung Hin' launched out on sale in this market condition is because of the construction progress,this property with a total of 274 units,will keep about 60 units for rental use,and as for the remaining units will all put up on sale.
Market sources the project of Hong Kong Housing Society launched out the sale of 'Lok Yung Hin' in the price which close to the market price,although the property have taken frills design,so the price will be lower than the new properties which located in the same district.It is understood that this project will keep 60 units of lower floor renting to the eldly's,so the elderly over 60 years old will be given priority of buying and renting units,in other words,the elderly can buy units for their own use and also with the purpose of renting one unit for their family who can take care of them,and the remaining units only sold to Hong Kong buyers with identity card (also included identity card which without three star),but will not accept buyers with the company registration,also can not be resold before the occupation.
The Visionary in Tung Chung announce the details today
As for the private residential properties,the major developers competing initiative continuously in November,Nan Fung The Visionary in Tung Chung and The Avenue which is the project of Sino Group and Hopewell's cooperation are expected to launch out the sale within this month,and The Visionary held a press conference and announced the details today.The other developers keep on increasing the price and launch out the extra units,Park Signature launched out the new batch of 48 units yesterday,with an average price of $8,324 HKD per real feet,of which the unit which located in Flat G,Tower 2,an average increase of about 1%,and the other unit which located in Flat H,Tower 2,with an average increase of approximately 1.5%.
The new batch of units of Park Signature included 22 two-bedrooms units which located in Flat G,Tower 2,21 three-bedrooms units which located in Flat H,Tower 2 and Flat A,Tower A,the relevant price list has been uploaded,a salable area of 522 to 821 square feet,without calculating the discount,priced from $4.263 million to $7.358 million HKD.Units will accept the registration from today to Thursday,Friday will start balloting and launch out the sale,the developers keep on providing 3% discounts and 7% discounts of 90 days payment for the members,after discounted,priced at an average price of $7,492 per sq.ft.
