香港文匯報訊（記者蘇洪鏘）本地兩大龍頭代理行近月高調擴張，除為求爭奪市佔率，亦求贏人聲勢，新近更出現同行搶租個案。市場消息指，位於大圍村南道15至35號富嘉花園地下28A號舖，樓面約270方呎，原先由美聯以11.5萬元承租，最新被「對家」中原以約14萬元承接新租約，折合呎租約519元。
