香港文匯報訊（記者梁悅琴）暑假將至，又到租務旺季。信和集團於青山灣黃金海岸推出海灣別墅招租，信和置業租務部副總經理黎曉丹昨指出，3月至5月黃金海岸共有145宗租務成交，短期租約（1個月）佔39%、長期租約佔61%。她表示，以往經驗而言，黃金海岸暑假約有103宗租務成交，估計今年暑假表現相若。

黎曉丹表示，黃金海岸海灣別墅實用面積1,559方呎至2,833方呎，目前尚有少於10間可供招租，月租由4.38萬元至6.28萬元（不連傢俬），當中第25座2樓B室，實用面積1,559方呎，連傢俬租金叫價5.8萬元。海灣別墅於3月至5月的租務成交實呎成交租金由27元至30元；黃金海岸海景住宅2房戶（實用面積535方呎）月租由11,500元起，實呎租22元至26元，3房戶（實用面積710方呎）月租14,500元起，實呎租21元起。她稱，早前推出招租的2,940方呎複式戶至今已租出6間，叫價由6.28萬元至近8萬元，當中有2個租戶一次過租用兩個複式戶，至於地下連花園複式戶的放租叫價9.5萬元。
