黃泥涌舊樓申寬高限

香港文匯報訊(記者 顏倫樂)達力集團旗下跑馬地黃泥涌道舊樓近日向城規會申請輕微放寬建築物高限,由主水平基準以上85米,放寬至88.85米,以作發展住宅及地下的「食肆」舖面,提供21個單位(包括一個複式住宅單位)。

該申請涉及黃泥涌道25號,地盤狹長細小,佔地僅2,395方呎,現時劃入「住宅(甲類)」,擬以7.6387倍地積發展,興建一幢25層高住宅大廈連少量食肆。翻查資料,申請人近年先後以兩個規劃申請,分別建議在用地興建1座21高層酒店,或者放寬高限以興建1座26層的商住物業,提供23個住宅單位,但都遭到城規會拒絕。
