世紀21富山地產聯席董事劉倩彤表示，剛成交為黃大仙東頭邨泰東樓低層11室，單位實用面積為423平方呎，2房，主要望內園景單位，原叫價$200萬，新近以$160萬(綠表價)成交，實用面積平均呎價為$3,783。

據悉，原業主於2002年以約$16萬(未補地價)低價購入至今，持貨20年帳面仍然大幅升值$144萬，期間大幅升值9倍。
