香港置業 - 譚浩智董事表示，位於鴨脷洲的深灣軒本月暫錄2宗租務成交，較上月同期增加一宗。其中一宗包括該行日前促成一個海景的4房雙連單位的租賃成交，以約$4萬租出，實用呎租約$39。

上述租出單位為深灣軒3座極高層雙連單位，實用面積合共約1,026平方呎，屬4房間隔，向東南享海景。譚浩智指，業主以約$4.5萬放租約1年後吸引外區客洽詢，雙方經議價後以$4萬租出，實用呎租約$39。據悉，新租客為新加坡籍4人家庭，心儀單位望開揚海景，屬同區少有。租客滿意屋苑會所有齊備兒童遊樂設施及游泳池，亦鄰近海濱，適合家庭需要，故睇樓1次即決定承租。

資料顯示，業主於2011年11月合共以約$1,150萬購入上述單位，若以目前租金計算，現享租金回報約4.2厘。
