林泰和續指,鄰近海怡半島價位相約單位減價幅度較大,加上個別業主叫價企硬,故上述屋苑同類型單位近一年未有成交,屬市場新突破。原業主早於1997年1月以$278萬(未補地價) 購入上址,持貨26年至今沽售,現將單位於自由市場沽售,預料獲利甚豐。
