In addition,Park Signature in Yuen Long which developed by The New World occupation,stimulus the buyers who wanted to change their unit to accelerate the pace to buy the unit,recorded 4 transactions in the past two days,the units are with four-bedrooms interval,of which the unit located in FLat D,15/F,Tower 1 and sold with the price of HKD $8.921 million with parking space,with the price of about HKD $9,332 per sq.ft.This residential project since early November has sold more than 41 units,except fot 2 special units with 3-bedrooms interval, other units with 4-bedrooms interval,with the average price of about HKD $9,000 per sq.ft,with an average price of about HKD $8.5 million per unit.The project have sold 1,517 units so far since it has been on sale,cashed in of more than HKD $7.1 ten billion.
