鰂魚涌FINNIE開售2日收300票超額4倍 當日即原價加推第2批30伙 呎價高7.9%

宏安地產(01243)位於鰂魚涌芬尼街9號的商住項目FINNIE,上周六再推出30個單位,折實平均呎價21034元,較首批高出約7.9%。兩天累收逾300票,超額認購4倍。

FINNIE上周六開始收票,截至當日下午6時,已錄得180個認購意向。宏安地產執行董事程德韻表示,為了回應市場需求,當日即以原價加推第二批單位。

第二批價單共30個單位,包括14個一房及16個兩房,折實售價介乎502.6萬至854.3萬元,折實呎價在18615至23470元之間。與首批平均呎價19503元比較,今次高出約7.9%。

就個別單位比較,新推出的6樓B室實用面積364平方呎,折實售價760.1萬元,與5樓B室相差約0.9%。FINNIE至今公布兩批價單共60個單位,佔總數90個的66.7%。未來或將推出特色單位招標。

位於鴨脷洲的弦岸亦更新了價單,新增「特選90天備用按揭付款計劃」,首按最高可達樓價的80%,貸款年期最長3年,首年息口為P減2厘(P現為5.875厘)。同時,指定14個一房單位提供3%至8%的按揭利息津貼折扣。弦岸今年4月重推,至今售出5伙。
