中原地產康怡康安街分行首席分區經理楊文傑表示,日前促成鰂魚涌南豐新邨1座低層D室,實用面積516平方呎,建築面積627平方呎,3房間隔,向東南,業主叫價$745萬,後減至$690萬,即獲數個買家出價競爭,最終以$675萬將單位易手,實用面積平均呎價$13,081。

中原楊文傑指,買家屬於外區用家。原業主於2010年11月以$400萬買入單位,持貨12年,帳面獲利$275萬,單位升值69%。
