中原地產康怡康安街分行首席分區經理楊文傑表示，南豐新邨2月至今錄得10宗成交，平均實用呎價$13,895。
分行促成成交單位為南豐新邨5座高層A室，實用面積570平方呎，建築面積692平方呎，3房間隔，向東。業主最初叫價$930萬，今年2月調整叫價至$800萬，最終以$783萬將單位易手，折合平均實用呎價$13,737，是次3房單位成交價已回升至半年同類新高水平。
楊文傑指，買家屬於外區用家。原業主於2013年以$630萬買入單位，持貨10年，帳面獲利$153萬，單位升值24%。
