　香港文匯報訊　(記者方楚茵) 投資氣氛升溫，深水埗欽州街高登電腦中心錄得一籃子舖位成交，中原(工商舖)戴錦輝表示，買賣涉及1樓51A、51B及52至53號舖，總建築面積800方呎，成交價3,000萬元，平均每方呎3.75萬元。舖位現時月租12萬元，租金回報率4.8厘。原業主於2003年以1,290萬元購入上址收租，持貨9年帳面獲利1,710萬元或1.3倍。
