駱駝漆大廈劏售料獲利逾倍

　香港文匯報訊　(記者周穎) 炒家有見地廠投資前景亮麗，亦拆售獲利。市場消息指出，觀塘駱駝漆大廈地廠連閣樓一籃子物業，面積約2.4萬方呎，由於地廠涉及物業第一及三期地下部分，現新業主將之劏出近20個舖位發售，每呎叫價介乎1.5萬至2.5萬元，入場費約1,500萬元水平，個別舖位面積約1,000方呎，估計物業售罄，可帳面獲利逾1倍。
