中原地產大埔豪宅九肚山第三分行資深區域營業經理賴思沛表示，樓市觀望氣氛濃厚，不少用家打算先租樓自住。馬鞍山SILVERSANDS剛錄本月首宗租賃成交，屋苑最新錄3座低層B室，單位實用面積1110平方呎，4房連套房及工人套房間隔，近日雙方議價後以$41,000租出，實用面積呎租約$36.9。
中原賴思沛表示，新租客為外區客，見屋苑環境舒適，單位質素高，租金合理，即決定租入單位自用。據了解，原業主於2023年以$2540萬購入上址，是次租出單位可享約2厘租金回報。
