世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山雅景臺成交，單位為1座高層D室，實用面積656平方呎，3房2廳間隔，座向東南望山景，單位放盤1個月，叫價$780萬，減幅12.8%，累減$100萬，獲買家以$680萬(自由市場價)承接，實用面積呎價$10,366。

據了解，原業主於2021年2月以$828萬(已補地價)購入上址，持貨3年多至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$148萬，單位期內跌18%。
