世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山錦鞍苑玉鞍閣(A座) 頂層戶，實用面積401平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向西面望海景，單位原叫價$438萬，放盤1個月，獲買家以$388萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,676。

據了解，原業主於2006年2月購入上址，當時作價$103萬(未補地價)，持貨18年至今轉售，現將單位於自由市場沽售，預料獲利甚豐。
