馬鞍山迎海3房減$177萬至$1,023萬獲買家承接

世紀21奇豐物業新港城中心區域經理莊瑞生表示,新近錄得馬鞍山迎海3座低層E室,實用面積799平方呎,屬3房間隔,座向西面望海景,單位放盤半年,原叫價$1,200萬,減$177萬至$1,023萬獲買家承接,減幅14.8%,實用面積平均呎價$12,804。

據了解,原業主於2018年3月購入上址,當時作價$1,200萬,持貨6年至今沽售,賬面虧蝕$177萬,單位期間跌15%。
