世紀21奇豐物業雲海分行高級分行經理蔡蓓表示，該行新近促成馬鞍山迎海成交，單位為25座低層D室，實用面積496平方呎，座向東南望開揚景，屬2房2廳間隔。單位放盤3個月，原叫價$700萬，減$39.2萬至$660.8萬獲買家承接，實用面積呎價$13,323。

據了解，原業主於2017年11月購入上址，當時作價$739萬，持貨7年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$78.2萬，單位期內跌11%。
