世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山翠擁華庭成交，單位為11座低層D室，實用面積765平方呎，屬3房2廳間隔，座向東南望園景，放盤4個月，原叫價$740萬，減$10萬至$730萬獲買家承接，實用面積呎價$9,542。

據了解，原業主於2021年9月購入上述單位，當時作價$900萬，持貨3年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$170萬離場，單位期內跌19%。
