世紀21奇豐物業錦豐分行助理區域營業董事黎健峯表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山曉峰灣畔成交，單位為2座高層A單位，實用面積504平方呎，2房2廳間隔，座向西南望海景。放盤1星期，叫價$628萬，成功以$600萬沽出，減$28萬或減幅4.5%，實用面積呎價$11,905。

據了解，原業主於2010年8月購入上述單位，當時作價$309萬，持貨14年至今沽售，賬面獲利$291萬，單位期內升94%。
