馬鞍山曉峰灣獲買家以$599萬承接 大幅升值2.7倍

世紀21奇豐物業海栢分行助理區域營業董事鄭達昌表示,新近錄得馬鞍山曉峰灣畔1座中層E室,實用面積501平方呎,2房間隔,望開揚景,單位放盤10個月,原叫價$700萬,獲買家以$599萬承接,實用面積平均呎價$11,956。

據了解,原業主早於2002年6月以$163.3萬購入上址,持貨21年至今轉售,賬面獲利$435.7萬離場,單位期內大幅升值2.7倍。
