世紀21奇豐物業 - 趙詠欣經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山新港城成交，單位為F座中層06室，實用面積363平方呎，2房1廳間隔，座向東南望開揚山景，放盤2個月，叫價$520萬，減$60萬，減幅11.5%，獲買家以$460萬承接，實用面積呎價為$12,672。

據了解，原業主於1999年5月以$200萬購入上址，持貨26年至今轉售，賬面獲利$260萬離場，單位期內升值1.3倍。
