中原地產-胡耀祖經理表示，日前促成馬鞍山新港城R座中層01室，單位實用面積369平方呎，建築面積496平方呎，2房間隔，開價約$500萬，日前議價後以$480萬易手，實用面積平均呎價約$13,008。

中原胡耀祖指，新買家為區內用家，見單位位置方便，價錢合理，即入市單位自用。據悉，原業主於2016年以$450萬購入單位，持貨約9年，是次易手賬面獲利約$30萬離場，單位期內升值6.7%。
