馬鞍山新港城2房議價後以$480萬易手 單位期內升值6.7%

中原地產-胡耀祖經理表示,日前促成馬鞍山新港城R座中層01室,單位實用面積369平方呎,建築面積496平方呎,2房間隔,開價約$500萬,日前議價後以$480萬易手,實用面積平均呎價約$13,008。

中原胡耀祖指,新買家為區內用家,見單位位置方便,價錢合理,即入市單位自用。據悉,原業主於2016年以$450萬購入單位,持貨約9年,是次易手賬面獲利約$30萬離場,單位期內升值6.7%。
