馬鞍山中心2房反價至$465萬獲買家承接

中原地產-胡耀祖經理表示,日前促成馬鞍山中心3座低層F室,單位實用面積381平方呎,建築面積513平方呎,2房間隔,原先叫價約$460萬,其後業主反價至$465萬獲買家承接,實用面積平均呎價$12,205。

中原胡耀祖指,新買家為上車客,見單位位置方便,間隔合用,即決定入市單位自用。據了解,原業主於2014年以$346萬購入單位,持貨11年,是次轉手賬面獲利約$119萬離場,單位期內升值約34.4%。
