馬鞍山中心累減$135萬至$665萬獲承接 賬面虧蝕$115萬

世紀21奇豐-趙詠欣經理表示,該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心4座高層D室成交,實用面積634平方呎,屬3房連套房間隔,座向西北望烏溪沙白石海景,放盤3個月,當時叫價$800萬,期間累減$135萬,減幅達16.9%,成交價$665萬,實用面積平均呎價$10,489。

據了解,原業主於2015年7月以$780萬購入上址,持貨約10年至今沽售,賬面虧蝕$115萬,單位期內跌幅約15%。
