世紀21奇豐-趙詠欣經理表示，該行新近錄得馬鞍山中心4座高層D室成交，實用面積634平方呎，屬3房連套房間隔，座向西北望烏溪沙白石海景，放盤3個月，當時叫價$800萬，期間累減$135萬，減幅達16.9%，成交價$665萬，實用面積平均呎價$10,489。

據了解，原業主於2015年7月以$780萬購入上址，持貨約10年至今沽售，賬面虧蝕$115萬，單位期內跌幅約15%。
