世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔達和大廈中層A室，實用面積321平方呎，座向南面，享全海景觀，原開價$350萬，區內投資客遇「心頭好」，即睇即買，以$295萬承接，累減$55萬，累減15.7%，實用面積平均呎價$9,190。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於2001年10月購入上址，當時作價$74.8萬，持貨24年至今沽售，賬面獲利$220.2萬，單位期內升值近3倍。
