世紀21怡和-尹美嫦經理表示，該行新近促成香港仔居屋嘉隆苑嘉傑閣(D座) 中層08室，實用面積401平方呎，屬2房間隔，座向東面，望內園景，原開價$428萬，獲區內上車客洽購，累減$60萬，成功以$395萬(自由市場價) 承接，實用面積平均呎價$9,850。

尹美嫦指出，原業主於2014年2月購入上址，當時作價$375萬(已補地價)，持貨11年至今沽售，賬面獲利$20萬，單位期內升值5%。
