香港仔南津迎岸低層開放式放租約9天獲區內客以$1.05萬承租

香港置業西南區港島南豪宅專組首席高級營業經理表示，香港仔近年發展日趨成熟，租盤深受歡迎。該行剛促成南津．迎岸開放式單位的租務成交，區內客斥$1.05萬承租，實用呎租約$53.8，屬市價成交。

上述租出單位為南津．迎岸低層D單位，實用面積約195平方呎，屬開放式連露台設計，望樓景。譚浩智稱，單位業主放租約9天後獲區內客洽詢，雙方零議價以$1.05萬成交，實用呎租約$53.8。據悉，新租客為港大碩士生，心儀單位價格實惠，而且鄰近巴士站，方便上學，故睇樓1次後即決定承租上述單位。

資料顯示，業主於2018年5月斥$470.1萬購入上述單位。
