首聯庭上否認違規售樓

近三年來，首次向發展商採取檢控行動，同珍集團旗下首聯公司被檢控銷售深水埗富雅閣時，涉及未有提供售樓書及價單等19項控罪，發展商昨派代表到觀塘法院應訊，否認全部控罪，案件押後至4月18日再提堂。

首聯屬於同珍集團旗下公司，於2014年初推售深水埗桂林街單幢樓富雅閣，售出13伙，其中3伙已取消交易。銷監局起訴首聯沒有提供樓書及價單的印本及網上電子版本、沒有向其中一名準買家提供「賣方資料表格」，以及與買家訂立的買賣合約，沒有列明合乎條例的條文。19項控罪最高可判處罰款10萬至50萬元。

涉未提供樓書等19項控罪

辯方律師指，要翻閱大量文件及有機會傳召證人，要求將案件押後兩個月。裁判官提醒，這宗案件有很多是文件證供，合約就放在面前，有沒有列明條文一眼便看得到，不應勞動控方傳召證人，希望不要浪費法庭時間。裁判官將案件押後至4月18日，讓控辯雙方交換文件和要列明不爭議的事實，以及有多少證人。
