今天截標的項目包括大埔寶雅苑商舖、馬鞍山錦英苑商場、屯門寶田邨商場、藍田平田商場、黃大仙天馬苑商場、柴灣興民商場，以及粉嶺欣盛苑商舖。
至於上月底標出的大埔運頭塘商場及葵涌石蔭商場，合共為集團套現約16.9億元，高出估值約27%，買家為資深投資者林子峰及馬亞木。
事實上，早年以經營街市知名的領展，近年「街市味」漸褪，自2014年起，陸續將旗下公屋及居屋商場拆售套現。過去兩年領展共賣出16個商場，合共套現約63.6億元。
同時，集團亦積極參與吸納官地及政府物業，件件矚目，今年2月便斥資59.1億元投得旺角工貿署大樓；去年初夥拍南豐投下觀塘商業地，呎價逾6,630元打破區內紀錄。
最近更北上神州大展拳腳，去年中斥逾66億元人民幣從瑞安鯨吞位於上海的企業天地項目，及以3.05億美元買入北京歐美匯購物中心。
