上述租出的單位為珀麗灣5期31座中層E室，實用面積約678平方呎，屬三房套間隔，望機場海景及藍巴勒海峽。曾金強指出，該單位以$2.3萬放租後，吸引新租客洽詢，雙方經議價後，以$2.17萬承租，實用呎租約$32。據悉，業主提供傢俬電器，而新租客心儀單位坐擁開揚機場海及藍巴勒海峽，而且單位新簇，故睇樓後決定承租上述單位。
資料顯示，單位業主於2024年7月以$685萬購入，現可享租金回報約3.8厘。
