美聯物業山頂南區豪宅黃竹坑站分行高級分區營業經理楊家俊表示，日前促成陽明山莊租盤成交，單位為5座中層35室單位，實用面積約為1,031平方呎，建築面積約為1,299平方呎，2房連雙套房間隔，以月租$5.2萬連一個車位獲承接，實用面積平均呎租$50.4，建築面積平均呎租$40。
 
據了解，業主於去年2021年3月以約$2,800萬購入上述物業，若以目前租金計算，租金回報率約2.2厘水平。
